Powerstream Global Ministry began as a Friday-night prayer meeting in 2008. Twelve hungry believers crammed into a tiny room off Elite Road, asking God for one thing: a fresh outpouring of His Spirit on Abeokuta.
He answered. Within a year, the room couldn't hold the people. Within five years, our first church plant opened in Lagos. Today, Powerstream gathers thousands weekly across Sunday services, mid-week meetings, Lifegroups, and missions in three nations, but our heartbeat hasn't changed since that first Friday.
We're still asking God for the same thing. And He's still answering.
To pour the unstoppable river of God's Spirit into every soul in our reach, until Abeokuta, Nigeria, and the nations drink deep of His power.
